| 1 | zunwang | as domino logic is nothing but dynamic logic with cascaded inverter so simply draw an nmos logic stucture for your required gate put it between an pmos as precharge transistor and an nmos at lowest level conected to ground then put ainverter as in at the point between pmos and your nmos logic structure take output from here.even though if u r confused go for book by kang on cmos vlsi design . | 2008/8/27 15:25 |
