| 1 | scuzt | The standards comittee for these devices is called IPC. Their website is: http://www.ipc.org/ The bulk of their data requires that you join and become a member. However, some of their standards are free to download. Unless the component is a proprietary package for just that manufacturer, then it most likely follows an IPC guideline. |
