Can i make the cellular phone device to be used for communication without the SIM card. I want to use it in the (FM) range to communicate with my friend without using the cellular system. |

| 2 | booksir | No. Basically, each Cellular phone is design to talk with the Base Station.... If you want to use it as a walkie talkie, you need different protocol.... However, some phones have embedded with Bluetooth to connect to a headfree/headset, which if you can implement a applicaiton program to control it on two BT mobile, you may able to talk to each other... But for FM (range), I think you are talking about 87.5-108MHz, which is also not the range of Cellular phone... |
