bubulu | U can read the electronics book whose authors are Sedra & Smith | 2008/8/26 23:47
fusarium | the gray & meyer book may also be a good choice. | 2008/8/26 23:47
anuo2008 | Hi The Sedra's book is good, i think. You can get sample chapter about BJT of this book at http://www.us.oup.com/pdf/0195142519_05.pdf Regards

gao51755775 | I think you can read the book of ANALYSIS AND DESIGN OF ANALOG INTEGRATED CIRCUITS BY GRAY | 2008/8/26 23:47
z315 | In the " ANALYSIS AND DESIGN OF ANALOG INTEGRATED CIRCUITS BY GRAY ", it has many detailed describe. | 2008/8/26 23:47
anuo2008 | I think Electronic Principles - Malvino is the best book for learning later you can switch over to Sedra & Smith | 2008/8/26 23:47
booksir | I agree with mobile-it, and ART OF ELECTRONICS is good resource too. http://www.edaboard.com/viewtopic.php?t=58029&highlight=art leomecma

fusarium | Intergrated Analog Circuit Design by ken martin be good choice also | 2008/8/26 23:47
chdd | Gray's book is quite good, I think! | 2008/8/26 23:47
anuo2008 | to really master the concepts involved in BJTs and MOSFET....Just try your hands on SPICE. A single spice simulation done by you can give you lot more insights that a whole chapter.
